WNYSSH Terms and Conditions

When you register your player to participate in WNYSSH, you are reserving a spot(s) in WNYSSH league play. Your spot is secured at this point and will not be released to other players unless proper written cancellation is received by WNYSSH and you are responsible financially for the league tuition from that point on. 

All participants must be paid in full prior to the 1st WNYSSH League Games. If you are experiencing financial hardships, please contact us at WNYSSH@gmail.com so a payment plan can be put in place.     

Refunds will not be granted after 30 days prior to league play starts. Also, if you withdraw your player within 30 days of the 1st week of WNYSSH league play, you may be responsible for the $50 uniform costs if the replacement player is not the same size uniform of your player. We will not eat costs of the uniforms as in years past. 

Any failures to pay for outstanding tuitions or fees will bar your players from participating in future WNYSSH events including Leagues, Tournaments or Spring/Summer Tournament Teams. 

Refunds will also not be given in the event of a league ejection or expulsion due to on or off ice conduct by players or parents during WNYSSH events.    

If you are unable to attend a league game, please give us a heads up at WNYSSH@gmail.com so we can attempt to find a substitute player for your team. The only players who can participate as an alternate/fill in for WNYSSH league games are those who are on WNYSSH waiting/substitute lists or approved by WNYSSH staff prior to game start times.
